At Chai Beauty, we’re committed to providing high-quality products and experiences. If something isn’t quite right with your order, here’s everything you need to know about returns, refunds and exchanges.

Please note that these policies applies on products only, and not services.

What products are eligible?

Eligibility for Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on products such as tooth gem kits, adhesives, and tools unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. We also cannot accept return and refunds on digital products.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging

  • Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery


Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at info@chaibeauty.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the item(s). We’ll assess the issue and may offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Digital downloads or training manuals

  • Gift cards

  • Pre-orders or custom kits

What to Include in the Refund Policy

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Haven’t received your refund yet?

  • First, double-check your account or card provider

  • Contact your bank — refunds may take several business days to appear

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at info@chaibeauty.co.uk to get started.

Returning Your Order

To initiate a return, please email us for the return address and instructions.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part
